Installation Details

Phoenix artist Al Price has a history of making art that conveys a sense of motion—floating, ascending, expanding, dancing—that coincides perfectly with an installation created specifically for the atrium of the Scottsdale Center of the Performing Arts.

Price’s linear compositions merge the elegant and simple with the vigorous and dynamic. The slowly spinning panels produce shifting patterns and forms, offering a sculptural ‘show.’
