Installation Details
Located in the north-facing gallery window at the Tempe Center for the Arts, Phoenix-based artist Christy Puetz’s Mind Forest brings creatures from around the world and their living environments together. The animals are each hand-crafted from a variety of up-cycled materials including old wool sweaters, house paint, and leather from old jackets as well as glass beads, steel pins, doll eyes, and other repurposed objects.
